Introducing Gaudio Lab

Gaudio Lab is where our people and the company grow together—
a place where, day by day, you’ll feel assured that you made the right choice.
You’ll find yourself becoming more attached to Gaudio, surrounded by warm-hearted and passionate colleagues.

We are a leading audio technology company dedicated to delivering sound experiences that are unlike anything you've ever encountered.
Starting as a pioneer in spatial audio—the core of immersive content—we now lead the frontier of AI-based audio technology, pushing beyond boundaries with incomparable capabilities and creating a market-leading technology gap.

Our technologies are used daily by millions of people through major streaming platforms such as TVING, FLO, Melon, Bugs, Line Music (Japan), and Naver, as well as in broadcast content from CJ ENM and SBS.
Over 50 million users experience Gaudio’s audio technology every day.

Now, we're looking for future Gaudins who will grow with us and help scale our impact even further.
If you're ready to join a team that's shaping the future of sound—this is your invitation.

How we work at Gaudio Lab

  •  We work in the “Gaudio way”

Gaudins don’t settle for doing things the way they’ve always been done.

Instead of being bound by fixed rules, norms, or conventions, we focus on the essence of the work and actively seek better ways to do it.

  • More than just coworkers—we’re a community that shares time

Gaudio Lab is filled with warm, considerate people.

Because we value each other as people first, we treat one another with care and thoughtfulness.

Of course, reaching goals is important, but so is how we get there—moment by moment, together.

  • Ensure no one is left in the dark about your work!

We value transparency and shared understanding.

In our regular town hall meetings, we share updates on individual and team work, as well as internal and external company news.

We celebrate wins together and offer support when things get tough—because we believe in listening to and learning from one another.

  • Looking in the same direction to go farther together

We align our goals and priorities through OKRs—at the company, team, and individual level.

By regularly reviewing our objectives and key results, we make sure we’re moving in sync.

We provide continuous feedback and reflection on each member’s growth.

Gaudio Lab is a place where everyone is growing, every day.
