This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how Gaudio Lab, Inc. and its affiliates (if any) (“we/our/us”) collect, use and share information indirectly or directly provided by you when using our websites, mobile sites, demos, products, software, and any of our services (together, “Services”).

This Policy is effective as of the date noted below. We reserve the right to change this Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, this Policy applies as modified with notice or consent request, depending on such modifications. If you do not agree with the modifications, please discontinue use of our Services immediately. Otherwise, you will be deemed to have agreed to any such modifications by your continued use of our Services after any such modifications are posted. 1.2 Information that we automatically track. When you use our Services, we may track following information: (i) your equipment information such as equipment identifiers, operating system, CPU and other hardware version, memory and specifications; (ii) log information such as log data, Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language, search word inputs; (iii) usage and activity information of our Services, including but not limited to buttons and/or pages you clicked on, the date and location you activated our Services, version of our Services you use, and applications, software or programs you use to work with our Services; and (iv) other information required to comply with applicable laws.

Google utilizes the data collected to track and examine the use of our Services to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. 1.4 Purposes of Collection. We may collect your information (i) to protect, manage, or improve our Services; (ii) to detect and deter abuse or unauthorized use of the Services; (iii) to verify compliance with your agreements with us, log software licenses granted, and track software downloaded from our website; (iv) to provide notice of Services or policy changes; (v) to better understand, identify your preferences, interests, and usage to provide a better experience with our Services; and (vi) for our business purposes, such as data analysis, audits, fraud monitoring and prevention, and operating and expanding our business activities.

Occasionally, unless you have not consented to allow us to use your information for these purposes, we may also log your information to provide new information on our Services, to notify you of promotional events.

If we desire to use your information for purposes that are not stated in this Policy, we will obtain your express consent.

2. SHARING COLLECTED INFORMATION

If we use any third-party service providers to support our business, we will encourage those service providers to adopt and post privacy policies. However, the use of your personal information by our service providers is governed by the privacy policies of those service providers and is not subject to our control.

3. DATA STORAGE AND TRANSMISSION
Because Gaudio Lab, Inc. operates globally, personal information that we collect may be stored on our servers and/or transferred to, provided to, and processed in countries outside of your home country. Such countries may not have data privacy laws that are equivalent to those provided in your home country. We will take reasonable measures to protect that personal information in accordance with this Policy.
If you use our Services from the European Economic Area (“EEA”), for example, the personal data we collect may be transferred outside the EEA for use by Gaudio Lab, Inc. and its affiliates for any of the purposes described above.

4. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Services target adults in the United States. In principle, we do not collect any information from children under 13 or equivalent minimum age as prescribed in the laws in the relevant jurisdiction.

5. INFORMATION UPDATES AND CHANGES
You may send requests to support@gaudiolab.com to change contact choices or email preferences, and to update, access, delete or make other changes regarding your personal information. Please note that even if personal information is changed or deleted according to your request, we may still retain some of your personal information to resolve disputes, enforce certain user agreements, and comply with technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of our Services.
You may also opt out of our promotional notices, newsletter or messages (“Marketing Materials”) that you receive. You may opt-out by using the unsubscribe link contained in such Marketing Materials. We will try to comply with your request(s) as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that if you opt-out of receiving marketing-related emails from us, we may still send you important administrative messages, from which you cannot opt-out.

We strive to protect your personal information by taking appropriate measures against unauthorized or unlawful access, use, processing, alteration, breaches, or alteration of such information we obtained from you. However, we cannot guarantee that our measures are 100% secure, as no system or technology can be completely safe or error-free.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such sites or services. We may make changes to this Policy. The date this Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the bottom of the page. Any changes will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the Services.
